About

The Number one Taiwanese cooking class

Why people choose ivy

Very fast reply e-mail, detailed explaining the class, accommodating special diet, hands-on class, sincere and welcoming personality, knowledgeability, very fresh and high quality ingredients.

My classes are tailor-made. People are free to choose their favorite dishes for themselves or beloved friends and families. I also accept special diet requests, because I care food just like you do.

With 17 years teaching experience, I understand what expats mostly want to know about Taiwanese cuisine and produce. It’s the easiest way to know a different culture through local food and people.

I like to open up my home to people who are passionate with food and new culture. I use very fresh and high quality ingredients from one of the best markets in Taipei, and arrange hands-on and tasting process for the participants.

I like to share my food knowledge from culinary school, and by knowing organic farmers and interview some food manufacturers. All of these will help students building up their culinary techniques and food knowledge.
