Ivy has been teaching expatristes Taiwanese cooking at the Community Services Center in Taipei since 1997 and has earned a prominent reputation from expatriates over this time. Her students come from around the world, including diplomats, international businessmen, chefs, and restaurateurs.
Other than teaching cooking, Ivy contributes articles about food and cooking to several magazines, organizations, and online shops. Ivy has been interviewed by domestic and international medias for her classes and expertise.
